Spaces launching at 125 Deansgate

30th May 2019

We’re delighted to announce that Spaces will be launching their largest flexible, co-working space at 125 Deansgate next year.

Spaces will be taking 120,000 sq ft of space in a deal which was announced earlier today.

“Demand for flexible office space is growing rapidly – research shows that 53 per cent of professionals globally now work remotely for at least half their working week and 30 per cent of corporate real estate portfolios could be flexible workspace by 2030,” said Spaces UK chief executive Richard Morris.

“This is something we are especially seeing in Manchester, with estimates highlighting that flexible office space in the city is expected to double in the next four years.”

Russell Worthington, director at Worthington Properties, added: “Manchester continues to prove itself as a world class business destination. Our aim for 125 Deansgate has always been to create a building which would deliver iconic modern office space and we’re delighted that this deal with Spaces will mean they will bring the building to life when they open next year.”

David Porter, partner at Knight Frank, said: “This deal is a testament to the ambition shown by Worthington Properties, delivering such high-quality accommodation in this prime location within Manchester.”
